Pier Passes valid from time of purchase until end of day.

Discount Passes available for seniors, Galveston Island students and military WITH ID.​

**No refunds on PIER PASSES, BAIT, or TACKLE.**

RODS

General Admission ticket holders may bring 3 rods. No rods longer than 10 feet will be permitted.

 

Children (up to age 10) may bring one rod each.

SAFETY

NO RUNNING

Wear close toed shoes

NO climbing, sitting or jumping from railings

FAMILY FRIENDLY

GFP is first and foremost a family destination. Any lewd or overly intoxicated individuals will be removed from the pier, there will be no ticket refund in these cases.

PRESERVE

All anglers fishing Galveston Fishing Pier are responsible for keeping their area tidy. Trash cans are located all over the pier, please use them appropriately. Dead fish and organic materials such as sargasm are to be returned to the waters.

TPWD

Texas Parks and Wildlife Game Wardens make frequent stops at GFP. Always be sure to follow all Texas State Fishing Regulations. Always have your
license when fishing.
