Galveston Fishing Pier

ABOUT THE PIER

Gulf Coast's go-to spot since 1971. Fish, relax, and make memories.

Since 1971

Our Story

The Galveston Fishing Pier opened in 1971 and quickly became the Gulf Coast's most beloved fishing destination. Located at 9001 Seawall Blvd, we've welcomed anglers, families, and first-timers for over five decades.

We survived Hurricane Ike and rebuilt stronger. Today, the pier offers rod rentals, quality bait & tackle, expert fishing guides, and on-site dining — everything you need for a great day on the Gulf.

No boat. No experience. No problem. Just show up.
